Gave this one to my widowed sister, she did'nt know what to wear after my brother-in-law pasted away. She was so excited and wore it constantly for about a month then I noticed it was'nt on her finger. She said it had turned silver and it was'nt anything she had done to it. She had not read or did not follow the handling instructions given. Washed dishes, scrubbed pots, showered and lotion end the gold coloring away. I love her still but she said one ring was enough. She would wear nothing.
